Confirmation  

You will receive confirmation of your registration, including the date, location, and address of your seminar upon receipt of the registration fee. If insufficient enrollment necessitates canceling the seminar, all fees will be refunded.
 
Refund Policy  

Substitutions are accepted at any time. If you notify us that you are unable to attend four (4) or more working days before the seminar, we will refund your registration fee. Notice of less than four (4) working days before the seminar will be subject to a $75.00 administrative fee. Confirmed participants who do not attend are liable for the entire registration fee unless we are notified in advance of the seminar date.
