IBC Section 2107.2.1 - Lap Splices
Places a cap of 72 times bar diameter as maximum lap splice length required.

Oregon Structural Masonry Code Amendments

Section 1405.6.2 - Masonry Veneer
Requires continuous wire joint reinforcement in anchored masonry veneer located in SDC D for Occupancy Categories III and IV.

Section 2104.5 - Cleanout Openings
Modifies the grout pour height limit requiring cleanouts. Also allows exceptions with approved construction procedures and optional cleanout dimensions.
